Songs of the Soul

Since 2008, there have been over 200 Songs of the Soul concerts in countries across, America, Asia, and Europe. These concerts, offered to the general public free of charge, are dedicated to the musical legacy of Sri Chinmoy.

The concerts feature songs composed by Sri Chinmoy and are performed by a variety of musicians and music groups. The aim of the concerts is to continue the musical legacy of Sri Chinmoy, through offering his compositions and music to a global audience.

Many of the performers are music groups from the global Sri Chinmoy Centre, such as Ghandarva Loka, Sahadeva's Orchestra and Mountain Silence. Some of the more well known musicians to join the Songs of the Soul concert series include Krishna Das, Boris Purushottama Grebenshikov, and Rezwana Choudhury Bannya.
